1. Secure the grinder to a pillow, cushion, chair, or partner’s thigh using the included straps. Ensure it is firmly positioned and stable before use.
2. Apply water-based lubricant to the grindable surface, insertable element, and yourself.
3. Insert the body wand into the bowl-shaped cup at the top of the grinder. Make sure the wand is seated securely.
4. Guide the insertable into a comfortable position and lower yourself onto the grindable surface.
5. Once comfortable, turn on the wand. Begin on a low setting and increase as desired.
6. Grind, rock, bounce, or roll your hips to explore what feels best.
7. After use, clean the grinder with warm soapy water or a suitable toy cleaner. Store in a lint-free bag, away from direct sunlight.
