How Long Orders Take
All of our items are handmade to order.
That means we don’t keep finished products sitting on shelves.
Each order is made by hand, one at a time, just for you.
Because everything is handmade, the time it takes us to make an order can change throughout the year.
What this means
When you place an order, we:
- Make your item from scratch
- Allow time for curing and finishing
- Check it carefully before packing
- Ship it once it’s ready
This takes time – and that time can vary depending on how busy we are.

This is the average time it’s taking us to make an order before it ships.
Shipping time is added after this.

Why this changes
Lead times go up and down because:
- Every item is handmade
- Some periods are much busier than others
- Sales, launches, and holidays increase demand
- We don’t rush production
We’d rather take a little longer and do it properly.

- Lead time starts after checkout
- Shipping time is not included
- Orders are made in the order they’re received
- Busy periods may take longer than usual
