1. Secure the grinder to a pillow, cushion, chair or a partner’s thigh using the included straps. Make sure it is firmly positioned and does not shift when pressure is applied. Stability is important for comfort and control.
2. Apply water-based lubricant to the grindable surface, the insertable and yourself. A generous amount helps reduce friction and allows smoother, more comfortable movement.
3. If you selected the vibration option, ensure the bullet vibrator is inserted into the built-in cavity before securing the grinder.
4. Straddle the grinder. Guide the insertable into a comfortable position first. Lower yourself slowly, allowing your body time to adjust before settling your weight onto the grindable surface.
5. Begin with gentle rocking or small circular movements. You control the depth, angle, and pressure. The insertable is not designed for thrusting, let your hips lead while internal and external sensations build together.
6. If using vibration, start on a lower setting and increase gradually as desired.
7. After use, remove the bullet (if used), clean all parts with warm soapy water or a suitable toy cleaner, and allow to dry fully before storing in a lint-free bag, away from direct sunlight.

Yes. Vibration is available as an optional add-on. When selected, a cavity is created during the making process to house the included 7-speed bullet vibrator. This is built at the time of production and is not something added later.

Can vibration be added after purchase?
No. The vibration cavity must be created during production.

Is the insertable meant for thrusting?
No. It is designed to be sat on and ground against, not used with in-and-out thrusting.

Does it stay secure during use?
Yes. The strap-down system keeps the grinder firmly positioned when properly secured.
