1. Attach the grinder securely to a pillow, cushion, chair or a partner’s thigh using the included straps. Check that it feels stable and does not shift before you begin.
2. Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the grind surface and to yourself.
3. Place your body wand into the bowl-shaped cup at the top of the grinder. Ensure it sits firmly and is properly positioned.
4. Straddle the grinder and lower yourself onto the surface slowly, adjusting your position until it feels comfortable.
5. Turn on the wand once you’re settled. Start on a lower setting and increase the intensity gradually to suit your preference.
6. Move your hips in whatever way feels best—rocking, grinding, circling or pressing down to change pressure and sensation.
7. After use, remove the wand and wash the grinder with warm water and mild soap or a suitable toy cleaner. Let it dry fully before storing in a lint-free bag, away from direct sunlight.

No. Quoth is a non-insertable, external grinder design.

Do I need a wand to use it?

Quoth is designed to be used with a body wand in the cup to provide vibration. Without a wand, it will not provide vibration.

Use water-based lubricant only. Do not use silicone-based lubricants.
