1. Secure the grinder to a pillow, cushion, chair or a partner’s thigh using the included straps. Ensure it is stable and will not shift during use.
2. Fill the included luer-lock syringe with the provided lubricant (or water-based lubricant of your choice). Attach it securely to the ejaculation port.
3. Apply water-based lubricant to the grindable surface, the insertable and yourself.
4. Straddle the grinder. Guide the insertable into a comfortable position and lower yourself slowly, allowing your body to adjust.
5. Begin grinding with controlled, body-led movement. The insertable is not designed for thrusting.
6. When ready, gently press the syringe to release lubricant internally. You control timing and amount.
7. After use, detach the syringe, flush the system with warm water, clean the grinder with warm soapy water or toy cleaner and allow all parts to dry fully before storage.
