Standard Version (No Vibration Selected)

1. Secure the grinder to a pillow, cushion, chair or partner’s thigh using the included straps. Make sure it is stable before use.
2. Apply water-based lubricant to the grindable surface and yourself.
3. Straddle the grinder and lower yourself into a comfortable position.
4. Grind, rock, bounce, or roll your hips to explore different rhythms and pressure.
5. After use, clean with warm soapy water or a suitable toy cleaner. Store in a lint-free bag away from direct sunlight.

If Vibration Upgrade Is Selected

1. Insert the included 7-speed bullet vibrator into the internal cavity at the base of the grinder. Ensure it is fully seated.
2. Secure the grinder firmly using the straps.
3. Apply water-based lubricant to the grindable surface and yourself.
4. Turn on the bullet and begin on a lower setting. Adjust speed as desired while grinding.
5. After use, remove the bullet before washing the grinder. Clean all components and store separately.
