Returns & Refunds
Returns policy
Odyssey has a 14-day return policy from the time of receiving your order, this means that you can send us back the order 14 days after the package arrives at your door.
You are eligible to return you order, but the items must be in the same condition that you received them (unworn and/or unused, with tags and in original packaging.) Proof of purchase must also be supplied.
To start the return, please e-mail Sales@Odyssey-Toys.com and provide your order number and details of the return.
Other issues
We take great care in ensuring our products are created to a high standard and all items receive a thorough inspection before shipping. But in the event you do find any issues, please contact us immediately if you find your item(s) to be damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item.
Non-returnable items
Some items are not eligible to be returned, such as custom products (special orders and personalized items), but please get in touch if you do have any questions or concerns about your order.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or purchases made with our gift card.
Processing Refunds
Once your order has been received back and inspected, we will notify if your refund has been approved. If your refund has been approved, you will automatically receive this back to your original payment method. This can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process their end.
