I have a bottomless pussy & this has actually given me a challenge. I've only got to halfway down the bottom knot. I got an L with a flat base & medium firmness. Although it's hard not to cum before reaching the bottom knot at all. Amazing product & I recommend it to all. Just make sure you use lube if you wanna fit the whole thing, regardless of the hole.
