Step 3 — Lube up, water-based only

Don't ration it. More lube means an easier entry and a smoother ride and water-based is easy to top up when it dries, keep the bottle within reach so nothing breaks your rhythm.

Step 4 — Mount and find your angle

Lower yourself slowly and let your body, not gravity, set the depth. Ease down only as far as feels good, pause and let yourself adjust before you take any more. This is where a strapped-down creature earns its place: you control everything from up here. Shift forward or back to change the angle. Rock your hips to move where the pressure lands. Rise and sink to set the depth.

Spend the first minute simply finding the angle that's yours. A small lean forward or back changes which spot the shaft presses against entirely, the kind of precision a suction cup or a handheld toy never lets you find.

Step 5 — Ride at your own pace

Now move however you want, slow and grinding or faster and deeper. There is no correct speed, only yours.
